ForReal: Student activities based on Realia

These activities are designed around existing target-language websites. They present students with tasks to accomplish at varying levels of proficiency. They engage them in exploring the web-sites and in obtaining the information they need to accomplish their tasks.

Each activity consists of the following items:

The activities have been created by French, German and Spanish teachers in the Oregon Public Schools. The names of the authors of each activity are listed at the end of each "To the Teacher" page.

ABBREVIATIONS: you will encounter some shorthand in the "To the Teacher" pages. The following abbreviations have been used to save space. Each of these appears in bold type and capital letters:
